greatly enjoyed how the double room with a superb big balcony was arranged when we arrived. the location was picturesque for traveling around vergina, near to ancient macedonia as well as the theatre, sanctuary and palace.

It was nice to relax and watch a movie after a long day of exploring. The balcony in the triple room was fantastic, offering a beautiful view and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at Pension Vergina! the location was great, just a short walk to the superb archeological museum and the tombs of Philip II of Macedon. the pension itself was very clean and well maintained, with beautiful polished marble floors. We loved the large shared verandah at the rear, perfect for relaxing. the friendly and helpful host spoke excellent English and made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Everything we needed and wanted was provided. 🌟.
